  • Hm…

Sounds as helpful as Japan for the Axis…

Or did I miss some major helpful contribution to each other besides pissing off enough people to get their shit handled?

Even a supply route in case of a defensive war on either side would be more than costly, as it probably can’t just be flown over countries like China.

Ok, I’m absolutely no expert here and I’m just talking out of my ass, but how is this cooperation really helpful in an actual war?

Or is this more of an political alignment?

If Russia decides to, it could glass a good part of Europe

And as they’re getting more imperialistic and global warming also throws the world into tumult (is this a correct English word?), we will see more and more nations trying to get an advantage.
Sometimes because it’s just about survival, sometimes because there are just opportunities

Same rights, and women can get into the military as well

But not the same required duties, as only men are required to do their military or civil duties to the state
Background to the thought is, that women already provide those duties by giving birth.

Yeah, it is sexist, but at least women aren’t forbidden to join the military.
It’s just not mandatory - for the year (or months? Don’t know the current regulations in Germany) as men need to

  • It’s not just that

Electricity providers still keep old, expensive power plants up and running, and due to merit order pricing, the cheap produced renewable energy isn’t showing up in people’s bills

I feel like really betrayed here, although I have to admit, that I’m maybe not getting the big picture

But also tariffs for using the net have gone up - at least in Austria.
So although the energy got cheaper, I’m paying much more - and I’ve chosen a electricity provider, who guarantees renewables and with that the price should be much lower by now
